Nicola Kelly is a highly experienced Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with a career spanning over 20 years within the NHS and local authority sectors. She holds a degree in Speech Pathology and Therapy and began her career in the NHS, where she specialised in supporting primary-aged children within specialist resourced provisions for speech and language disorders. 

Between 2015 and 2025, Nicola was a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for Hampshire County Council’s Education and Inclusion Therapy Service. In this role, she supported children with diverse communication needs, including autism, across both primary and secondary education settings. Her expertise includes conducting formal assessments to support Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) applications and working collaboratively with school staff to implement effective support strategies. 

As an accredited Elklan tutor, Nicola is passionate about empowering the wider workforce through both Elklan and bespoke training packages. Following a return to the NHS in 2025, she established her private practice in 2026, where she continues to provide dedicated, evidence-based support to children and their families.
